What does our warranty cover?
Our swim shorts meet high quality standards so you can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy worry-free. If something goes wrong within 6 months something wrong due to a factory or material defect? Then we will repair or replace your swim shorts for free.
What is covered by the warranty?
✔️ Manufacturing and material defects
✔️ Problems with fabric or seams (under normal use)
✔️ Elastic that loosens within the warranty period
⚠️ What is not covered by the warranty?
Our swim shorts are sturdy but not indestructible. We cannot offer a warranty for:
✖️ Damage caused by rough surfaces (such as pool edges or slides)
✖️ Wear and tear from normal use
✖️ Damage caused by incorrect washing (always check the washing instructions!)
✖️ Pilling or fuzzing of the fabric
✖️ Defective zippers due to improper use

Very simple! Send us an email with a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo of the swim shorts. We respond within 2 working days with further instructions.

After receiving your report, we assess the problem. We will let you know whether the swim shorts can be repaired or if we will send a replacement. This process usually takes 5-7 working days.
❓ What if my size or the same model is no longer in stock?
In that case, we will offer you a similar model. If that is not an option, you will receive a voucher.
❓ Will I get my money back in a warranty case?
Our warranty procedure focuses on repair or replacement. In exceptional cases, such as an unsolvable manufacturing defect, we may offer a refund.
