Of course, we hope you are happy with your purchase. But if you want to return something, you can easily do so via our return portal.
Returning in 5 steps
1. Log in with your email address
Go to account.goedkopezwembroeken.nl and enter the email address you used to place your order. You will receive a one-time code by email to log in.
2. Choose the order and products you want to (partially) return
Indicate which items you want to send back and why. Then submit your return request.
3. We approve (or reject) your return
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions by email on how to proceed.
4. Follow the instructions in the email
Via the link in the email, you can create and pay for a return label yourself. Prefer to send it back yourself? That’s fine too. Just register your return on the site and send the package with sufficient postage.
5. We process your return
Once we receive your return, we check if everything is in order. If so, we will refund the purchase amount (or part of it if you only return part of the order) to your account. If something is not in order, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
Important to know
- The swimshort must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You may try it on, but always wear underwear when trying it on (hygiene, you know).
- Damaged or clearly worn items cannot be fully reimbursed.
- Always include the packing slip with your return so we know who it’s from.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
Right of withdrawal and reflection period
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After that, you have another 14 days to actually return the products.
- We will refund you within 14 days after your return notification, provided we have received the product in good condition and on time.
- Return costs are at your own expense. Expect about €5.00 for a mailbox package or €7.50 for a regular package. Check your carrier for current rates.
Exchange?
Want a different size or model?
No problem:
- Report your wrong size via account.goedkopezwembroeken.nl
- Follow the same instructions as for the regular return process.
- Place a new order yourself for the correct size or desired model
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount of the first order. This way you are helped faster than going back and forth by email about exchanges.
Warranty
Is your swimshort broken? Don’t worry, we’re happy to help. But only for a genuine manufacturing defect, of course, so not if you tore it during an overly enthusiastic stretching session... Just send us a message or email, and we’ll sort it out properly!
Returns & exchanges with 2 + 1 free promotion
When participating in our 2 + 1 free promotion, you receive the cheapest item for free when purchasing three products.

Return of the free item
You will not receive a refund for the free item you received. -
Return of a paid item
If you return a paid item, the 2 + 1 free promotion is void. You lose the right to the free product. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example: if you return a more expensive swimshort and keep the free product, we will still charge you for it. You will receive the difference between the original price of the free product and the price of the returned item back. -
Exchange for a different size or color
Exchanges are done via a new order. Return the item and order the desired size again. The promotion only applies if three items are ordered again. No exceptions are made to the promotion conditions for exchanges.
Important: The original promotion conditions always apply to the remaining products in case of returns and exchanges.
